Document from Template - dynamic

Hello all,

I'd like to create workflow using the Document from Template. However, my workflow should take the document online from predefined link (folder + file name).
Therefore, I thought of using WF_DOC.CREATE and then continue from there.

Has anyone executed successfully WF_DOC.CREATE ?
