Workitems in Outlook in 4.7

hi,
yes SMTP settings,
In Scot create a node of Internet (INT) then an SMTP sub-node
enter MailServer address (if ur org. is using exchange server then tht server ip)
time interval at which mails to be sent,
Internet Status ticked,
this is generally done by Basis.

you need to run the report RSWUWFML2 in background.
this sends all WI from SAP Inbox to Outlook
