Receiver Type FM for WF

Hi,
i have a requirement for PS
where i attach a milestone and this milestone has parameter of TASK_ID.

but in my case i can attach milestone M1, M2 and M3,
now if i attach say M1 to my PS , on change status, i want to trigger WF1,
if i attach M2 to my PS, on change status, i want to trigger WF2 and so on.
i heard of Receiver FM's which can do this, but dont knw how to use it.
the FM is CN_MS_EVENT_RECEIVER_TYPE_GET,
how do i use it?
