Start condition

If you use the start condition with 'condition editor' you can trigger 
workflows only for conditional changes of the filed , rather than triggering 
the workflow for all changes to the filed and controlling the flow later 
based on the field value changed.
For example I can trigger a workflow only when old material number is 
changed from 'AAA' to 'G99' only.
But not for all other changes that happens to that filed BISMT.
