SWUO_CREATE_TEMPLATE_API - Excel upload

Hi,

Having an issue after the upgrade( ECC 6.0 ) with the FM
SWUO_CREATE_TEMPLATE_API,
using this to upload an excel sheet, the upload is happening, but getting
all junk characters
"탏ᇠꆱ᫡㸀̀ऀ؀ȀĀꌀ̀￿爀￿￿￿￿￿￿ï¿"

Not sure what is causing this.
