Hi Carmen,
You need to write a method yourself to get the Leave Details. You
will get the details from table PTREQ_ATTABSDATA. You can get the Req_ID
from the REQ object container in the workflow. Get the ITEM_LIST_ID from
the table PTREQ_HEADER using the Req_ID. Get the ITEM_INS from table
PTREQ_ITEMS using that ITEM_LIST_ID. Get other details from the table
PTREQ_ATTABSDATA using the ITEM_INS.
Please let me know if you find it helpful.
Thanks and Best Regards,
Abir Kundu

Hi
Perhaps you can simply substract the first day from the last day and the
result will be the number of days ?
Thanks,
R

Hello all,
I’ve copied the standard leave approval workflow for ECC 6.0. However I
need to interrogate the absence request for the number of days of leave.
Could someone please refer me to a function or method that will enable me
to see this detail? It doesn’t appear in the Workflow container nor can I
find it as part of the CL_PT_REQ_WF_ATTRIBS class.
Many thanks in advance,
Carmen

Subject: Completion by purchaser workflow
Hi,
We are using SRM 5.0 and we are using workflow WS14000044 for shopping cart
completion process. This workflow is shopping cart based and it sends only
one work item to the relevant purchasers. When one of the purchaser
completes any one item, the work item gets vanished from others inbox.
Our requirement is item based and we want to send separate work item to
each purchaser so that when one completes the work item, the others still
have it in their inbox. Is there any workflow which supports this
functionality?
Regards
P.S.Suresh

Subject: WF via Start Forms - How to distinguish different forms
Hi WUG'ers!
I have created a custom WF based on a start form. Its about G/L account
creation. Therefore I created a ddic structure which holds all data of a gl
account:
(Embedded image moved to file: pic19123.gif)
In the first approval step, the form which is used to start the workflow
should be used to DISPLAY the data (and, if rejected, to edit the data).
My question is: How can I distinguish which workflow step calls the form so
I can set the dynpro fields editable or output only...
(Embedded image moved to file: pic09224.gif)
Unfortunately I found nothing helpful on help.sap.com. Also, BIT600 and
BIT601 didn't help me :)
I saw differences in sy-title, but I assume there's a better way... I am on
ERP2005 (BASIS 700, SP12)
kind regards,
Christian Wallner
