  Let me know if I have managed to understand your question. You want the number of days for which the applicant has applied for leave, right? If this is your requirement then you go ahead and substract the start date and end date of the leave application, In ABAP/SAP the date type fields can be subtracted just like ordinary numbers, it the returns the number of days in between the 2 days, taking into account all the date adjustments automatically.

Hello all,



I've copied the standard leave approval workflow for ECC 6.0. However I need
to interrogate the absence request for the number of days of leave. Could
someone please refer me to a function or method that will enable me to see
this detail? It doesn't appear in the Workflow container nor can I find it
as part of the CL_PT_REQ_WF_ATTRIBS class.
