substitute selector display all items from default

Dear all,

We have a big problem with the uwl in Productive EP7 SP11 (just upgraded
from EP6 SP17)

For the most user in the uwl the items "onw items" wouldn't display when
the UWL starts. But the user have some own items.
The user must click on "all items" in the substitute user selector"
after this the "own" items would displayed.
In the connection to the backend where the items are created the user
ist connected with the original backenduser = Portal user .
Why means portal at this point the user substitute himself and display
own items after change  to all. The user database is an corporate LDAP.

We found nothing that can fix it, but for the first time it can be a
workaround to switch automatic to "all items" when the uwl starts, but
what must we do that this is possible. For the iview there is only show
or show not available.
We use the webdynpro ui. On the test there is no error and when we
connect the test SAP 4.7 to productive all works fine for the testuser.
When we start the uwl iview in "old Style" it seems to be start with all
items, but i don't now if this is for all user the same.
