Text attachments converted to htm in email

Hello Shai,
Sending via SO works if I attach a text file or I attach a manually
created doc type TXT. I assume this is because it treats it as a file
uploaded form PC regardless.
In our WF we're creating SOFMs programatically, and something's different
because it still converts TXTs.
Thanks for the pointer, it was a useful step closer to the source of the
problem.
