"No Administrator found for the task " ?

Hi All,
I am using a standard method "display" in my ztask . [BO - FIPP, method - 
dispaly]
workitem created by this task is to be delivered to "initiator".
Now, initiator has this workitem in his inbox, but whenever he tries to 
execute that , a message is dispalyed saying
"No Administrator found for the task " and task is NOT executed at the 
end.

Please suggest wat could be missing or wat could be cross checked here to 
resolve the matter.
