How to Implement the BADI BBP_WFL_APPROVE_BADI for WS14500015

Hi All
          I am Arghadip. I wanted to know how to Implement the BADI BBP_WFL_APPROVE_BADI  for Approval Determination of Workflow Template WS14500015. Does this BADI gets linked automatically while activating. It would be great if someone can provide me a sample code related with this BADI. I am having problem with Approval Index.
