Transaction SWU3 .. Maintain prefix Numbres.

Hello Wugers:

 

We are in  620 SAP version.

 

We made a new copy of the development client(MANDT), former name was 100,
actual name is 310.

I supose that now we must use SWU3 transaction (Automatic WorkFlow
Customizing) go to

 "Maintain Prefix Numbers" ... and update the client field to 310:

 

Prefix no = 920

Sap System = DEV

Client = 200   --- ---update to ------- > 310

Pack = ZWKF

 

But as I am not an expert I fear it is not right to do it this way

 - Is it right or is there a better way to do it?
