Agent assignment for the standard task

If you are not using any HR functionality, then I would just make sure that 'TSRP CORR' does not have an 'X' and not worry about the other things.

I have another question in this regard. 
1. In my system , T77S0 does not have entry for TRSP ADMIN, so should this be created thro' OOCR transaction?
2. If we are only using Org structure for Workflow purpose, but not implementing any HR functionality, still we need to do the part of settings which you have mentioned thro' OOTR?

You can use transaction OOCR and make sure the 'TSRP CORR' entry does NOT have an 'X' in the Value column. There are some side effects to doing this. For more info, check out:

Hi All,
 
I have come across the situation that in one system, while saving agent assignment - or setting task attributes - i.e making task as General task, Transport request is prompted.
Whereas in another system, no transport request was prompted.
 
Would like to know is there any setting/ customizing so that transport request is prompted for task attributes i.e. agent assignment for standard task?
