Restrictions on Substitution and suppressing "Maintain

Hi Albina,
We are also implementing EP 6.0 with ECC 5.0 backend so i think i too will
have to create a custom iview for this requirement in the UWL which will
display the restricted list of users for substitution. And probably from
there i will have to call the "SAP_WAPI_SUBSTITUTE_MAINTAIN" as suggested by
susan.
