Hi Prasanth,

  Even in our case we had a similar requirement of creating substitutes. But
then we had created a Custom screen in Portal, and whenever the user went
into his UWL list, he had the option of maintaining substitutes. But i'm
afraid if there's any way of suppressing SBWP. One way is if you have
something like a Portal screen developed for your requirement, then you can
restrict the user to the transaction SBWP. i.e No authorization given to
SBWP for that user.
