Hi Sandip:
Just give us some details so that we can help you out
there.
Is this rule is standard or you have customized this
rule and who is your agents (Manager's or Any
perticular Person's) again are you using Organization
Structure to use this rule.  
Check in agent specific's are this agents assignment
is setup for general tasks. 
Just make sure to give us some details so that we can
guide in proper direction. Thanks.
