Object attachments in a decision step

If I am understanding the question correctly, you would created your own 
standard task using the Decision object and the Process method.  Your 
binding from the workflow would be the object name into the 
&_ATTACH_OBJECTS& of the task.  i.e. We bind the SOFM object into a 
decision task   &SOFM&  -> &_ATTACH_OBECTS&
