BOR event usage by independent groups

Hello,
I would like to use the standard event of BUS2081 (and define a new event
extension also). There is already an independent extension and
implementation (ZBUS2081) in the system which is delegated to BUS2081. Is
it possible to implement YBUS2081 for example   and build up a workflow
which use the standard BUS2081 event also and the YBUS2081 event extension
too without delegation (SAP 4.6C)?
