Good Receipt Approval Workflow

Hello Team
Our clients are requesting for an approval process workflow in R/3 to be
triggered once a Goods Receipt is created for a Purchase Order. Approval
should be sent to the Supervisor of the Good Receipt creator.

My question is do we have a business object that can used for this workflow
?

Any Help would be greatly appreciated.
