How to Determine Workflows Completed by Month

Did you try looking at table SWWWIHEAD data with the following :

Type    =  F ( Means flow )
Status = COMPLETED 
Completed On = ( YOUR DATE RANGE )

You might write a simple ABAP with that selection.

> Have you looked at SWI1?  Completion Date is one of the data points available... this may suit their needs.... they can simply run the report and dump to excel.  Our users love this report. and it keeps our workflow team out of the business of supplying reports to users.
