Date format in workflow

Dear Jammi,

Your problem origin is the default date format in user WF-BATCH. Enter
SU01 with user name WF-BATCH as set his date default to your suitable
format (I assume MM/DD/YYYY).

Please try & notify.

Hello Everybody,
   
  I have a date feild which i am using in sendmail steps. But what i am
not able to understand is, some times it is displayed in DD/MM/YYYY
format, and sometimes it is diaplayed in MM/DD/YYYY format.  when i look
into workflow log, it is in proper MM/DD/YYYY format. But by the time
email is delivered, it is in DD/MM/YYYY format. 
   
  Is there any place where i need to set date format ?
