Sandy,

Is that the only one you have calling a standard SAP Transaction?

You need to change your UWL XML config file to always launch such work
items in a new browswer window - that way user only has to back once and
then can just close the window. Plus they can see instructions and
attachments in the inbox while they are actually doing the work.

I've sent an XML fragment to Laurence yesterday so please talk to him
about it.

Hi Jocelyn.
Thanks for quick reply.
We did manual "Refresh" button and it doesn't work.

That alternative solution with "back" button until back to the initial
"Task List" screen working with "Refresh" button.

For your information, this symptom only happen in our CATS Workflow

Did you "Refresh" the inbox Sandy? If you are on EP6.0 you
don't have the delta pull so it's important to use the refresh feature
if you want to make sure the work item has left your inbox.

	Dear all,
We're in SAP ECC 5.0 and EP 6.0
We're facing a weird CATS workflow situation. After approver
approve the request and click "Task List", the workitem remains in the
UWL Task List. It doesn't move to Completed Task.
When this work item try to re-execute it says, "Work item has
been executed"
From the workflow log, I can see the workflow has been
completed.

The funny things, when approver press "back" button upon
approval (not click the "Task List"), its disappear from Task List and
moved to the Completed Task

Is this the way CATS Workflow works?
