Work Item in CATS Workflow

Dear all,
We're in SAP ECC 5.0 and EP 6.0
We're facing a weird CATS workflow situation. After approver approve the
request and click "Task List", the workitem remains in the UWL Task
List. It doesn't move to Completed Task.
When this work item try to re-execute it says, "Work item has been
executed"
>From the workflow log, I can see the workflow has been completed.
 
The funny things, when approver press "back" button upon approval (not
click the "Task List"), its disappear from Task List and moved to the
Completed Task
 
Is this the way CATS Workflow works?
