BAdi for WF_SUBSTITUTE (oss Note 977069)

Thank you Mikko for letting us know about the release of the BADI for 
WF_SUBSTITUTE!!!  Many of us have been asking for ways to control 
substitute selection, although in my case, we are not on UWL (yet).

I've glanced through the note, and it does not say (as far as my rusty 
German can determine) that this note is, or is not, effective for other 
substitute functionality, ie: via the R/3 inbox, or the SRM inbox.

Has anyone had any experience with the BADI yet ?  If it works in 6.40 
and up, (regardless of UWL, R/3, SRM, etc) a lot of us are going to be 
happy.
