Workflow for PO Approval

hi,
is WS20000075 the WF for PO Approval ?
if yes what are the settings that i need to do in SPRO
for release strategy and Workflow inorder to get a
workitem whenever a PO is created ?
I am an amateur in WF, expecting your help.
