Execute workitem via e-mail/internet

The Bible is 'Practical Workflow for SAP',  written by other well known WUG
contributors.  To get the the email there is something to do with the mail
server recognising an email addressand routing it to SAP Connect and SAP
Connect routing it to Wf.  As I siad, I've never done it.  I will try to
find more info, I know I have read it somewhere, might have been the EBP
RSWUFMLEC2 program documentation.
