No, only Standard Tasks (TS40007901: approval via pop-up, TS20000459:
approval by time administrator, TS20000460, approval by supervisor). The
problem is that when you insert one of these tasks (or a copy of them)
in the config of the CATS data entry profile (table TCATS), then the
CATS program starts this task (not a WS) via FM SAP_WAPI_START_WORKFLOW.
That means no deadline monitoring nor escalation, no excluded agents,
etc.
 
Thankfully, an event CATS.Created is also hard-coded in the ABAP so we
created a "parallel" workflow to take care of the escalation.
