Start Condition Editor Woes

Hi All,
I needed to remove a start condition from an event trigger for a
workflow in SWB_COND.

I deleted this start condition, assigned it to a transport, then
transported it to our QAS environment.

The transport went in OK but did not delete the start condition.

I can't re-transport the deletion because it's deleted in DEV.

Can anyone offer any suggestions as to how to resolve this?
