SWIA is the standard admin report to see workflows and their status.
You can access the individual logs from there as well.

In workflow can we see which workflow is pending for approval from whom
and by which ID it gets triggered .
 
Do we have some SAP standard report to see all this information . If yes
please let me know the name of the report .
