Synchronous Dialog Chain broken

I haven't seen it with my own eyes, but was told that the latest patch does
handle some sort of advance with dialog functionality. 
The note has been around for a while, so may need updating. Or else the
normally reliable sources I was speaking to were having a bad day :)

But, based on OSS note 794439, looks like "Synchronous
Dialog Chains" does not work in UWL at all. 

I am having the same problem. Can you please let me
know if you have more information on patch will fix
this issue.
