Substituting the background user for a particular workflow.

Hi,

The sendmail step sends out workflow mails to users using WF-BATCH in 
background execution. So the senders email address in the email always seems 
to be WF-BATCH's email address, whatever is configured in the user master 
record for WF-BATCH.

Is it possible to substitute this email with some other email address for a 
particular workflow alone. Or is it possible to execute a particular 
workflow step in background by some other user, and not by WF-BATCH.
