Comment after rejection

Hi Zsolt,

Everyone has posted some good ideas so far. Another thing you can try
that requires no coding is to make a 'create attachment' task.
This attachment can then be placed on an email or another work item. To
do this:
1. Create new task on your "Reject" branch of the Decision Step (make
sure that 'Advance with Dialog' is on).
2. Enter Object Type = SOFM and Method = CREATE.
3. Bindings to enter are:
DOCUMENTTITLE <- Subject for the attachment (this can be over-written
by the user at runtime).
DOCUMENTTYPE <- RAW (is default, but you can specify others)

   _WI_Object_ID   -> &_ATTACH_OBJECTS& (or another attachment
container).

4. Specify the agent to be "Executed By User".
5. Turn ON Confirm End of Processing.
6. Activate and test. This will popup a 'create attachment' dialog and
will only continue once created and user has completed the work item.

Hope that adds value to everyone else's great methods.

Kind regards,
Tom

Hi WUGers!
We are in 4.6c and I have to confrunt the following issue: after a
decission task the customer wants to write a comment if he rejects the
task.
Is this possible, and if yes, how?
Thanks in advance
Cheers
