Hi Qhurram,

To create a role, use transaction PFAC. Role Definition =
Responsibilities (can be a function or org data).
Within your role, you will need at least a rule to pass and you create
it in 'Container' by inserting a new entry.
Here you insert a field to test against, for example if this is an
Absence record, you could specify table PA2001 and select field SUBTY.
Go to your Responsibilities tab, create a responsibility and define it.
The assign the agents you want to be in that role.

Hope that helps.

Cheers,
Tom

and appreciate your help. Thanks.
My Kind Regards,
Qhurram
