Maintain Areas of Responsibility for Agent Assignment

Hi Qhurram,
To assign agents under responsibilities in a standard role, you need to
make your changes in PPOMW.
You will need to know the name or number of the role that you wish to
modify the assignment for.

Hello Ayesha Khan:
I did had the same problem, but I got the solution
assign tasks to the positions (HEAD OF THE DEPARTMENT)
 so everybody will get the work item in SAP Inbox.
Hope this will work for you. 
And I appreciate if you kindly help me how to assign
the responsibilities and how to create responsibilities
under responsibility. Thanks and appreciated.
