"add approver" button inactive SRM 4.0

Johan,

 

Before you get too far with this, WS1000060 is workflow which does not
require approval.  Even if you get the buttons active on your copy (some
settings but can't remember of top off my head - there is also BADI to
override this setting) and users can add approvers, they will not really
be added and shopping cart will be approved immediately.

Dear Wug-ers,

 

We are on SRM server 5.0 and made a copy of the WS10000060 "Workflow
Without Approval Shopping Cart".

When the original workflow is active the buttons "add reviewers" an "add
approver" are active.

 

When I activate the custom workflow (same like original) the buttons are
inactive. 

Does anyone know how I can get the buttons active for the custom
workflow?

I have checked already dynamic columns (SAP Note 153605). This note did
not fix the problem.
