Regeneration Issue in shopping cart workflow

Hi,

I have set security level = 2 in BADI BBP_WFL_SECUR_BADI. But when any 
approver is changing the shopping cart, it is going back to the requester 
to accept thechanges. If the requester accept the changes then the 
shopping cart is becoming approved. It is not going for further approval. 
Suppose if the shopping cart requires 5 level of approval and the first 
approver changes the shopping cart. If the requester is accepting the 
changes then it is not going for approval to the next persons.

Any help will be appreciated.
