Hello guys,
Starting from release 4.7 the data can be stored in the Workflow also into XML structure. Therefore the data are not to be found in the table SWW_CONTOB anymore as in release 4.6. Where can I find information to the relevant tables?

The next question I have is if such data should be changed, which are deposited in the XML structure how can I do that. E.g. select / change and write the data back to the database again.

I'm very grateful, if someone can give me ideas & tips belongs these topics. I searched for information about this issue very long but without success. ;(

Thank you in advance for your help.
  Mavin

G'day Mavin,

Have a look at the SAP_WAPI* function modules.

Have fun,
Mark

Hi,

In relation to this topic of use of ABAP classes in Workflow as against
use of BOR objects in newer versions, wanted to know that are there
standard classes available in system which are equivalent to existing
BOR objects? e.g. Do we have class available for Material which is
equivalent to BOR object BUS1001006 which can be used for building a
workflow?

Thanks in advance.

Akshay Bhagwat

Hi all,

We are using the SAP standard loan workflow (template 20000263) and are
on R/3 version 4.7.

We have a custom agent rule for this workflow.

The problem was that no item was in anyone's inbox to be released and
therefore we could not disburse the loan. I was told to update
"Maintain Areas of Responsibility for Agent Assignment" in the IMG.

I then populated the responsibility & agent assignment with a role and
then assigned multiple agents to that role. However the email only goes
to one of the agent's inbox.

How do I get it to go to all the agents also, why isn't the rule working
anymore?

Regards,

Ayesha Khan
