Using rules to determine workflow agents

Damian,

You can use transaction PFAC to create custom rules for determining agent assignment. (They are called "roles" in 4.6c and prior; the term was changed to "rules" in subsequent SAP versions, presumably to avoid confusion with security roles.)

I want to know if it's possible using user-defined rules to determine workflow agents. I can only assign organizational structure elements as roles, jobs, users, etc...
