Adding reviewer dynamically

No it won't.   
You could try using the doc check BADI instead. 
But the problem is what you need to do is update the workflow in the
buffer - it's not a live workflow until you save. 
So you have to figure out which BBP_PDH_WFL... function modules to call
to adjust the buffer.

Thank you very much for your suggestion. Problem here
is users want to see the reviewer in the graphical
approval preview. 
Does the reviewer show up in the preview if I trigger
the Reviewer workflow from SAVE BADI ?.
