activate /sap/bc/webflow/wshandler

You activate it in transaction SICF.  Search for the service "wshandler" and right click on it to bring up the context menu to activate it.

Hello, some one knows how to activate the /sap/bc/webflow/wshandler? We need to solve the next error:

Service cannot be reached

What has happened?

URL http://mdmpro.gas.pemex.com:8002/sap/bc/webflow/wshandler call was terminated because the corresponding service is not available. 

  

Note

The termination occurred in system MDP with error code 403 and for the reason Forbidden. 

The selected virtual host was 0 .
