OPTURA/IXOS integration with SAP

Hi Sharath,
 
For general information how it works with SAP and how Optura application is integrated with SAP you can check on their website. They have good documentation on those. The application is Add-on to SAP so there's not much you need to prepare from SAP side.
 
Optura Consultants will come, install and integrate for you. I think it'll be good idea for you to contact Optura consultant for more information.

		The good news for you is now both Optura and iXos are merged into same company called "Open Text".
		
		Optura is 3rd party tool addon to SAP so is iXos. Optura and iXos works integration very good together. I don't think you can find any documentation to do yourself but if your client buys Optura package their consulting hour and installation hours are bundled into their software price.
