OPTURA/IXOS integration with SAP

Hi,
  my client is planning to intgrate 'OPTUTRA' and 'IXOS' tools soon with SAP, 
  I understood from internet that they are 3rd party tools which can be integrated with SAP. 
   
  I really appreciate any kind of help regarding inetegration or any document .
