How can send mail to outlook when user recieves the request ofrelease in their workplace outbox(Thanks)

Hi Munday:
I really appreciate your opinion, thats true I should
work on this, but I appreciate your way of guiding me
and your suggestion to go in SE38 and the big help
from Claude. I appreciate you all and your help, I am
glad to tell now most of the things are working. Thank
you all.
