How can send mail to outlook when user recieves the requestof re lease in their workplace outbox

Thank You so Much for your time Claude, I don't know
where to run this report, and once I set this will it
work automatically is that mail of notification saying
"YOU HAVE TO RELEASE PURCHASE REQUISITION" is goes to
outlook once I setup SCOT. Please let me know.
