How can send mail to outlook when user recieves the requestof re lease in their workplace outbox

Khurram:

1º) As a first check use  transaction SBWP to send  mail from sap workplace
to outlook. 'SBWP > 'Send New Message', this button allows you to write a
mail from your SAP USER Workplace to your outlook user, thus verifying that
SAP Mail is active. Use transaction SCOT to verify SAP Mail in SAP.  

2º)  You have to set a job. This job must run abap well documented report
RSWUWFML2.

3º)  RSWUWFML2 takes work items and sends them to Outlook.
