PortalService/Webservice called from workflow

Hi,
 
We've created a webservice wich uses a portal service to modify documents in knowledge management.
Our problem is to create a task which uses this webservice. We are using wfws transaction to import wsdl definition. Then we generate a task based on webservice definition but task is always In Process and never completes work.
 
Any suggestion?
