Task description 'Style sheet'

Hi all

I have a description on a task, which, when received, shows the text with
line spaces where I dont want them. Is there a standard style sheet for
task descriptions that i can change the standard paragraph settings (or
another way ) to change remove the line spacing (if that where its coming
from)
