RE Identifying positions by people's names in SRM org structure

Hi Mike,

In fact, for the approval I am not basing the search of the first agent on a name
But either on an organisation unit and then finding all the agent inside this org unit.
This is supposed to move less frequently than the user
Also on other workflows I am searching the user based on the R3 cost obbject ( cost center or WBS),
Otherwise based on the manager of the requester, but I have never done it on user or log in

Cheers
Stephane
