RSWUWFML2 question

Please help me, 

I have Basics 6.20.

I would like to set "forward" so that  all incomming work items and
documents to one  user workplace go to another user's workplace.

I tryed SO12, SO13 and SO16.

SO36 allowed mi  to forward from one user to another user's workplace. Know
I would like to know how to reverse the SO36 setting.

Offcourse you can. RSWUWFML2 suppose to send emails according to the
following definitions and in this order:
A. SO12 - user defined specific office settings.
B. SO36 - forwarding per sap user.
C. SO16 - general office settings.

My guess is that you have user, with no definitions in SO12 as well as
SO36, however SO16 is defined such that it automatically forwards mails
to user master email.

Check SO16 and set it such that it will not forward automatically mails
to user master email. Remember to refresh its buffer. Afterwards, SO36
setting will work again.
