how do I call sap workflow from ms outlook

Hi,

Is there anyway to call an SAP workflow from MS Outlook...ideal scenario 
would be a user writes an autoreply mail while going on leave, and 
correspondingly a leave application gets triggered in SAP, populating values 
coming in from the outlook autoreply message. Is this possible through VB 
coding or some macros of any kind.
